Qigong Foundations – Thursdays, 5:15-6:30pm

Classes focus on simple, yet powerful Qigong movement & breathing exercises which develop sophisticated body awareness and overall physical confidence. Students are guided to develop a deep understanding of the causes of daily physical discomforts and how to unwind them by experiencing the impact of “Qi” within the body, when it is in alignment, both physically and intellectually.

All classes emphasize body alignment based on the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All levels welcome.

When: Thursdays at 5:15-6:30pm

Class fee: $25/drop in, $70/3 classes, $100/5 classes, $125/8 classes

Online Classes


Gentle Grounding – Mondays, 9:00-10:00am (Eastern Time)

Classes focus on developing grounded body awareness and overall physical confidence. We work with gentle, yet powerful standing postures and breathing exercises to center body and mind, release habitual body tension, and relieve mental/emotional stress. The Qigong motions are simplified to be accessible to everyone, providing a safe, modern approach to an ancient practice that is quickly and directly applicable to daily life.

Gentle Grounding class is great for those aged 50+, as the exercises develop better balance and strength.*
