Group Classes

Group classes provide consistent opportunities to learn and practice alongside others. When we practice in community, we gain momentum towards personal health & wellness, no matter our motivation, background, or unique body-mind conditions.

Senior Health Classes

Classes for seniors apply Qigong motion and breathing exercises as they directly relate to balance and falling safety. Through repeated practice, we develop physical & mental habits which develop standing, sitting, and walking skills that prevent injury and falls, and promote confidence.

Classes for seniors focus on:

• Improving balance
• Developing good habits for falling safety
• Gentle relief from back, hip, and knee pain caused by structural misalignment
• Improvement in arthritic conditions affecting the joints
• Develop an attitude of peaceful confidence in daily life

All levels welcome.
